-OC for Josh Allen and an already really good Bills team

Failures
-OC for Panthers who are terrible with a terrible QB


What in this resume says he’s an elite OC? What proves he’s deserving of a HC job? Also tell me what here says he’s awful at his job and doesn’t deserve to be an OC at the NFL level? Sometimes it has nothing to do with how good the coach is and just how good their players are.

Imagine judging our own OC for the times Emory Williams came in and they ran a middle school O. That's about how much stock I put into Brady's time with Carolina.
