Jeudy or Devontae Smith

Either or. We need that speed and recruiting win against elite schools. Both have pros and Cons but I had to put my money on it for future recruiting needs its a push so **** it Id pick smith. We need to get back into the Boot. I have no faking we will get the so Fl kids back on board and to some degree we do but we are lacking from the boot and it was good to us before.

The boot? I'm not following.

Jerry Jeudy is better than Devonta Smith. Smith is overrated. Jeudy does everything well, he has no weaknesses to his game.
He must have a mental weakness to favor a school who will have 4 top wr this class that doesn't pass the ball.

At least he apparently isn't scared of competition. Should he pick us though, so Bama fans get a pass if they say he is though?

Agree Jeudy has all the tools to be great, the knock on him is consistency. That's coach able though.

Ah! Yes of course! The boot! I agree we need to get back into the boot! The boot has traditionally and quietly been one of UMs most significant OOS pipelines. Reggie Wayne and Ed Reed are the biggest examples but there have been many others.

Juedy said bama still leads and according to 247 smith is a strong bama lean. Smith said bama is recruiting him the hardest and talks to them everyday.

I think one will go to Bama, the other will end up at Miami. It depends on who pulls the trigger for Bama first.

That being said, I want Jeudy at UM. I'm sick of elite S. Florida WRs going to Tuscaloosa and balling out. Getting Jeudy in orange/green would go a long way towards keeping those elite WRs home.

BIG knock, he'll go out and dominate the best CB in the county and follow that performance by getting shut down by a kid who doesn't have any business covering him

We are not gonna land these elite guys till we can win and get to a meaningful bowl game. Richt only has so much pull. All of these kids never saw a dominant Miami. I'm not counting on us landing either.

Yea but jumbo didn't win and had a top three class...why is it Miami has to win but every other program didn't when there elite coach arrived? I think fsu lost like five games let me Google this **** cuz my memory is shot.
Precisely. Kids buy into a vision and direction. Also Duffles. And Randy scooped up top players coming off 5-7. Yeah a lot of them didn't pan out but others went to the league. And we also are still basically a NFL factory, although more of a Payless factory right now.

I read this site daily and I have a source that told me that as long a Alabamas bag man is local which he is Miami not getting nobody so then I asked him about jj he laughed and said Miami bagman Ain't big enough
Explain Richards than . Every body thought he was going to Bama about this time last year
Boom

If the kid is a last minute commit then how we play may sway them. Not just win and losses. That year when we started out 7-0 under Golden we were still getting snubbed. Kids could see we beat no one and our schemes were anaemic. If they see us chucking up points and smashing offensive players on D, laying the smack. They will want to be a part of it and get excited. Playing like a bunch of crazy men and not no passive 20 yard cushion crap. It will all play out I feel. Plus Richt is laying the ground work with all these camps.

Yep, seems Bama bound at this point.

Jeudy, a 4-star prospect from Deerfield Beach High School (Pompano Beach, Fla.), told SEC Country that Alabama, Florida, Tennessee and Miami are recruiting him the hardest right now, but if he had to make a decision Wednesday, he knows why he would choose Alabama.

“Every time I go there, it feels like home,” Jeudy said. “They treat me like family there. The coaching staff has kept it real with me since the beginning. They never change their message to me. They tell me the same thing when I go up there.”

He expanded on his feelings for Alabama.

“The vibe around there is great,” Jeudy said. “It’s really laid back and all about business. The environment doesn’t matter too much to me.”

The 6-foot-1, 180-pounder had a chance to compete alongside Alabama quarterback commit Tua Tagovailoa at Nike’s The Opening finals. The nation’s No. 7 wide receiver was impressed with Tagovailoa’s skills.

“He’s got a laser arm,” Jeudy said. “He’s a really confident quarterback. He’s very outgoing, too.”

Jeudy will take official visits to Alabama, Florida, Tennessee and Miami. The fifth official visit is still up in there at this point. He is expecting to make a decision after his all of his official visits are finished.
