While I dont wish the kid luck..Im glad he did this **** now instead of dragging this out until December knowing he was going to Bama all along. Now we can move on from him and go to plan B.
Reality is that Saban and Mario were on him since he was in the 10th grade..in fact, we all said we had ZERO shot with this kid even back then. Richt has been on him for a few months...too much ground to make up. He didnt want to be here in the end.
The Paradise camp gave us a chance to get on 2018-2020 kids NOW so that we can build those relationships and hopefully turn the table on some of these elite kids down here.
And for the people who say as long as we keep losing elite kids like Jeudy we wont ever compete with the elite...I think Ahmmon Richards, Sam Bruce and Dionte Mullins would have something to say about that. I would consider all 3 of them elite.
