Are we suggesting an ice storm my play some part in where Thomas decides to go to school? I love our chances, really I do, but seeing as he grew up in East St. Louis, Missouri why would he care one way or another about yet another ice storm in winter? I think he comes because he recognizes we are still WR U, that he will play early and often, and, importantly that our program is on the rise.

Kodak is a soft a** Gators fan.

If that's true then no one on here should be listening to Kodak Black. I checked him out bc I got negged and called an old head for not knowing who he is. The dude raps like he's speaking baby talk...and the baby sounds like it needs to take a dump.

100% true check his gram and all the photos he post of his Gaytors gear. Dude is from south florida and somehow likes them.

It'll be interesting to see if he comes on the Miami visit next week.

Not going on the Louisville trip suggests he's been 'advised' not to. We know who's good at that -

What's with all this talk about the slick roads cancelling Thomas's trip to Louisville? He wasn't driving there. Did they cancel all the flights to Louisville because it was 42 degrees there? Pfffft.

313 dude... You know ice can do that to an airport but that was the point I was making from the Loserville board... The ice was all cleared up...he should've been able to get on the plane. Maybe he chose not to???

I know more about ice than a polar bear. Was the airport closed? If it wasn't then Thomas just didn't feel like going there.

Couple things I found from 15 seconds of browsing the internet.

The airports weren't closed. STL had some cancelled flights on friday around noonish, all of them from Southwest airlines, majority of which were because they were heading to icy parts of north america. Plenty of commercial flights left on friday. Louisville was a full go.

There's no direct flight from St. Louis to Louisville. Doesn't exist to or from. He'd have to take a connecting flight or get driven over. If he really wanted to get there by plane, he could've easily passed by Dallas, N.O., Houston, or any non-icy city south of him. Usually Detroit is a go-to stop but in the winter it's easier to pass south, making the trip a minimum of 5 hours and nonsensical to ever fly. (Miami-St. Louie is a 2:30 hour flight, for reference.)

How much is the drive? 4 hours by car, again making it quicker to drive than fly. Louisville staff knows all of this, so all these arguments of whether the airport was open is bull****, he was never going to fly. He didn't want to get driven over for whatever reason. Either way good for us.

Puttin in that OT research, good **** señor

You sure you got all that in just 15 seconds?

He grew up there. Doesn't mean he wants to be there or to weather any more ice storms.

He didn't really have a choice where he grew up, but if you don't think coming down here to 80 degrees, sunshine, and scantily clad bytches in January has no effect on these kids suffering in the gloom and gray and freeze of the Midwest, then you're not cognizant of one of our major advantages.

He's one of the new age front running South Florida cvnts who thinks UF and FSU are local teams. He must have gotten jizzed up on UF during the Teabag era.

Agree on this one. This ain't Bama pulling the strings. It's the SEC-equivalent of Al Golden on the other end of this battle.
