Worlds strangest rule. Off Fields can coach what the on fields suggest but can't add to that. So in theory, they can just suggest to the on fields what should be done to circumvent.

LOL N HUff and Dorsett are both from the same Hood in Hollywood.
I still dont even think of Huff as an STA he is a Mcarthur kid all the way (my alma mater). Both Dorsett and Huff if Mcarthur had their sh*t right wouldve played there all 4 years.

In the offseason, the only coaches that can work with the players are the Analysts and GA's. This move obviously helps alot.
