Newman threw for 2,868yds 26TD's 11INT's at 60.9% with 574yds & 6TD's rushing.

He's a big physical QB at 6'4 230lbs, good runner & a big arm, average accuracy.

Would absolutely take if we hired a Spread OC, he's not necessarily a great QB but he's significantly better than any of the 3 we got & most importantly he has good mobility.

Newman is a far better option than KJ Costello who's a complete statue in the pocket & can't move at all, we need a QB that can run as well as pass.

D'Eriq King should be the top priority for a Grad Transfer QB this offseason, hire the right Spread OC & do everything possible to land King & we might have something cooking for 2020.

They are both average passers but King has that game breaking ability on the ground that few in the country have.

The sooners have a 5* kid on their depth chart. They’ll play him and Bama has no problem rolling with Mac Jones. Wisconsin has top 50 overall Player Graham Mertz on their depth chart. Probably will go with him.
