How long does the board expect him to be in this program?

Stop panicking for page views. Wrong day for this ****. Coley came home for an opportunity and less money. If he leaves, he leaves, but I think it will be for a HC position, and if so, I wish him well.

You can do a lot on this board (and believe me everyone complains about your obnoxious nature) and I'll mostly answer reasonably. But, don't tell me what the **** to do. I don't make any money off this website and could give a **** for page views. You can play the reasonable, "i am holier than thou" guy, until you push for people not to discuss issues. That won't happen here. And, unfortunately, you won't have Deis or Ibisgirl privately message me or AIM me (as they did over on grassy) to "play nice" with you.

If you're better than everyone on the board or need to act like it, feel free to go elsewhere.

Everything u said is right in terms of freedoms but the coley thing is something that wasnt an issue...just pure speculation that was started on here.

If you hire a weasel on your staff and that weasels old colleague (friend possibly) is hired soon after then raising the question Lu did in the original post is not only warranted but reasonable and prudent IMO.

I would say Coley will be around 2-3 years.

If he has this offense running on all cylinders he will get offers from more lucrative positions.

If this offense is a flop, he will get the boot.
