Mario is a terrible Xs and Os dude, good recruiter and is now a backstabber (employers love this).

Mario is a climber. Punto. He gets hired as Asst HC and doesn't get to be a coordinator. Donofrio is already asst HC and Coley was OC. So where exactly did Mario fit in? That is part of the issue. The other part is my theory that although they worked together for 1 season, I am not sure that Coley/Mario had a super friendly relationship at FIU. That's just speculation.
