Let him cook LOLHe’s from Iowa City. Why are you shocked he went there?

He’s from there, but Iowa went out and got one of the hottest candidates out there. Miami didn’t even try. Imagine watching Iowa, Minnesota and every other decent P4 school hire experienced, successful coaches and your Alma mater hiring magic beans, despite having a 2-3 month head start in most cases. He’s from Iowa City. Minnesota hired an alumnus. Please stopHe’s from there, but Iowa went out and got one of the hottest candidates out there. Miami didn’t even try. if the AD isnt hiring coaches, what the **** is he here for? just skip the AD altogether and utilize that money towards facilitiesRad didn’t hire Jai and didn’t set the budget.
But man… Omier left because we didn’t have enough to pay him 1mm and fill the rest of the roster.
Kidd was a big we could afford. The whole roster was trying to fit pieces into the budget.
Imagine a team where the starters were each 1mm+ NIL guys. We didn’t have a single one.
It would have been nice to see what L could do with 8mm in NIL.
No one knew Quinn was a finalist until Jai got the job.As you've proven, you don't read posts closely, and you definitely don't quote posts accurately.
So it's time to blow up your bull****.
First, the "likes" are at the bottom of the post. Near where you hit "Reply". So, yes, it is fairly easy to see "cookies likes JZCane0825" and "JZCane0825 likes cookies", particularly when you guys are the only ones liking each other's posts.
Not sure where I "claimed you were a stan of our AD". I don't think anyone is. On the other hand, you're a stan of Jai Lucas's, and you are acting as if Radakovich's process yielded a great hire, so that's on you.
And look at you with your lies. "I didn't post until Lucas got the job". And then in the next paragraph "I expressed approval of Chris Quinn being a finalist". You can't even lie very well..
LOL @ going back to this likes ish. I guess social media affects older people just as much as the youngins.Quinn would’ve been an exciting, outside the box hire. I like that final 3 a lot.
I had forgotten I wanted a passing of the torch to Larrañaga’s son (the Jay who is mentioned above).*sighs.* if Chris Quinn was given strong consideration, there is no reason why Jay is unqualified. You stated, definitively, he didn’t want the job which means that there had been some communication recently or in previous years about him taking on it anyways.
Exhibit AWhat a dopey response. You continue to prove the stupidity of your posts over and over and over again.
You are a Radakovich suck-*** who just goes on and on building Bull**** Mountain.
And the worst part is that you are just a liar. Spouting falsehoods.
Exhibit B from Mr. HonestyExactly.
But some of these dopey Rad-suckers are going to act as if Pitino and Jans are the only names we can generate.
Ridiculous.
Exhibit C.What if I told you that "Cookies" is Christian Radakovich's nickname?
Honestly, what if I told you that?
I bodied you on two separate posts (from a little while back) about the content within this quoted post above already.1. He's from a coaching family. Yeah, and John Lucas was a TERRIBLE head coach.
2. He is well-respected. Acknowledged. So too were MANY other candidates, he doesn't have a monopoly on that trait.
3. He has the personal experience of transferring himself. OK. But with the level of Portal activity, I don't think this is a big deal AT ALL.
4. He's a former McDonald's All American who can relate to future McDonald's All Americans. Uhhh, sure. They can bond over Big Macs. Somehow, plenty of coaches who were NOT McDonald's All Americans have managed to sign McDonald's All Americans without "relating to them".
5. His experience as an assistant at three schools. For the millionth time, he could have been an assistant at THIRTY schools, he is still a first-time head coach.
6. He's hungry for success. Good for him. Nobody else, ever, has been hungry for success...
7. Finally, you make a straw man argument about running NASA while being an astronaut at the same time. Just ridiculous. What is this "same time" crap? You STILL want the head of NASA to have relevant experience that qualifies him. More importantly, there are no "minor leagues" of space administrations where one can gain experience PRIOR to heading up NASA. If that was true, you would probably PREFER that the head of NASA got the job without gaining any similar experience.
The job of basketball head coach carries numerous responsibilities that go above and beyond the responsibilities of being an assistant coach. There are decades of results indicating that head coaches at top programs (currently "P4") enjoy higher rates of success than "first time head coaches". It's a true statistic, regardless of trying to yap about "NASA".
There is a lecture somewhere on the site about Rad’s abilities…if the AD isnt hiring coaches, what the **** is he here for? just skip the AD altogether and utilize that money towards facilities

Yes any of @Canedude08’s mind numbing diatribes sufficeThere is a lecture somewhere on the site about Rad’s abilities…
I was literally tagged by three separate posters so they could argue with me about what we already argued about. 2 of the 3 didn’t even respond afterwards. This other dude is counting message board likes. I’m putting songs in the replies. He has 35x more posts than me. False equivalency.Y'all stay taking this **** way too serious lol
Oh, lord, just more fool's gold.
"Our budget". It's actually not OUR budget. It's whatever a handful of boosters are willing to contribute for as long as they are interested and liquid. Remember when John Ruiz was going to pump all that money into UM NIL?
Building one's hopes and dreams on NIL is like building a sand castle. Yes, it's impressive, but it's not exactly a stable foundation. A big wave can wash it all away.
Maybe our basketball NIL will be upwards of $8M for the next few decades. That would be wonderful. But if donors are making that amound contingent on one particular coach, then what happens if that coach takes a better job in a few years?
Miami should never hire a first-time head coach in basketball. And we got **** lucky with Butch in football, and he STILL took the Browns money.
No one knew Quinn was a finalist until Jai got the job.
LOL @ going back to this likes ish. I guess social media affects older people just as much as the youngins.
The last three paragraphs were more of you hedging a nonexistent bet. No need for a rebuttal.
I had forgotten I wanted a passing of the torch to Larrañaga’s son (the Jay who is mentioned above).
Exhibit A
Exhibit B from Mr. Honesty
Exhibit C.
I’ll call up Xzhibit to ask if he can pimp your posts because you clearly can’t do it yourself.
I bodied you on two separate posts (from a little while back) about the content within this quoted post above already.
In one of them you called me a liar then ran off when I showed the receipts![]()
![]()
.
You didn’t reply to either because even for a spin-master like yourself, there was no way out![]()
Bumping to state he dodged the smoke once again.
Two-faced ****** back around with the three-face, ****. Ol' triple-double-Russ face
Never wasting my time replying to this scrub again. Just exposing this nincompoop.
I wrote I'm done replying because that’s my stance. However, buddy isn’t going to call me a liar over and over again, drag me back into arguments, then disappear without me clowning him.
