I could keep going if you need...

But point is, there are actually more DE's in the NFL that are around his size than DT's.

That is not the physique of a DTackle.

I mean sure, if you put 30-40 pounds of fat on'em it will be. But as of right now, that kid is not built like a College or NFL DT.

He is a freak that could be used in multiple scenarios…would love to have him.

Last year is last year. Now is now.

Also, the numbers were equal, if not very, very close. Not every single kid is just going to take the biggest bag. Colin Simmons is from Duncanville, Texas. When UT gives him a really big bag, he takes it. Even if Miami is close, equal, or even a little bit more. He's a Texas kid.

Dylan Stewart is from DC. Columbia is probably the 2nd closest SEC school to there.

Again, it's not always about the money. Or at least, ALL about the money, I should say. But I will tell you this, Miami is NOT losing kids solely because they're getting significantly more elsewhere. To be even more direct, for the top ranked kids at the peak of our board, NONE of them are dying to go to Miami yet will end up elsewhere because of money issues.
I'd word it as, for the top of our board money isn't the issue/deciding factor. Once we decide a player is worth going full in for NIL-wise we can match basically.

You are correct sir. Stewart is a freakishly gifted and versatile DE who plays inside. His length, quickness, agility, athleticism, raw strength and explosiveness allow him to beat even the best P4 interior lineman prospects like a drum. His obvious talent and versatility make him an elite prospect.

I'm just dreaming here I know but the thought of pairing Stewart with Elijah Griffin on our DL is just mind numbing.

Hard to imagine him getting away from LSU. OSU is tenuous with Larry Johnson.

I don’t have super specific NIL info but I agree with what @OrangeBowlMagic has been saying in here that what I have heard is that for certain guys we will be the highest bidder always.

Our fans are weird like look at the top 10 rankings the last two years which team doesn’t belong? That’s us.

But I digress…I would say this would be the most unlikely craziest get since I’ve been following recruiting

I think we pull the shocker and sign one of Boucard/Griffin/Stewart (thinking he'll re-classify, but if not then one of other two…Maybe a Myron Charles dark horse flip if Noles slip up this season)…I'm not putting Boucard in the same category as other three, but I do think he is talented enough to be a viable DT1 in this class if we can't land one of these other shockers (obviously won't be easy)

Then I think Carter is in

And I think we take a portal DT (we take more than 1 if a Horton/Moten, etc…leaves)

Then the question will be do we have the room for Mathis, I think we will especially to keep this newly developing Southern Georgia pipeline going.

So basically class

DT Boucard/Stewart/Griffin with Boucard most likely
DT Carter
DT Mathis (maybe)
DT Portal

To go along with:
Horton/Moten/Scott/Jones/Blount/Russell

But if it ends up we miss on the DT whales, I still think Carter and Mathis is a B+ or A- and goes well with the studs last year so long.

Maybe he is coming the same week as Slimeto 🤣🤣🤣. I need these players just for the name. I remember when Bama had Ha Ha Clinton Dix. I thought someone was making a joke the first time i heard his name. 🤭

The D-line ate the O-line lunch. There were 4-5 guys that looked dam nasty in that video.
There are 2 videos, both on CIS, of this 5 star camp.
In one it is a video of the top Olinemen, and they look great in all those reps
In the above video it is the top Dlinemen, and they look great.

True. In the OLine one Stewart looked like he lost his reps. And Buchanan won all his. I didn’t see the full DLine one and whether Buchanan lost any in that one tho

Was told theres 2 different videos. One I saw Stewart just rag dolled them dudes & it wasn't even fair. The white boy who's transferring to IMG is also just straight filthy. Like he just blew past dudes and they barely could even touch him. There were 2 more D-line guys that were just straight up nasty and made the O-line look pretty pathetic to be honest with you and one of them we are recruiting hard and were in it.
