Where was Diaz in this recruitment process on vacation? Didn’t Alabega just lose their DBs coach and also their DC LOL?
 
Rumph needs to go. He needs to go now! The guy is a ******* waste. Nobody wants to play for him. Total loser. Get him out of my face.

Lol. I love how you guys are arguing with a former player about who is the best coach on the team because 2 high school kids chose a different path.

There will never be a pipeline at heritage. Word is coaches on that staff are already bîtching about miami not offering players in future classes.

should we be signing guys like campbell and surtain? absolutely.

but theres no formula that says guys like ivey, blades, frierson wont end up better college players. none. those kids are studs and we loaded up. couldve been better? sure.

but losing kids to bama and georgia isnt a recruiting loss. thats a football field loss. those battles are won during the season. these two kids just went to the best two teams in the country last year.

recruiting losses are losing kids to florida or florida state, given the state of their program

dont know why you even bother. everybody is butthurt and need to blame him for tc and ps2 not signing here so obviously it is his fault since he coached them 2 years ago

I guess its too much to expect that Rumph should be able to effectively recruit the school at which he used to be a Head Coach.

Nah I am also judging Rumph based on our secondary being atrocious the last 3 games (2 of them vs inferior talent) as well.
 
RB, TE, LB, WR, and DB coaches absolutely HAVE to be incredible recruiters. You can have technicians who aren't great recruiters at OC, DC, DL and OL. But those other position coaches all have to be awesome recruiters. You should be able to hire any competent football coach who can teach at RB, TE, LB, WR and DB.

Rumph needs to go. Anyone defending his retention at this point is either related to him or his agent.

Haha you guys are funny man. You want a coach or a recruiter? Both? Who do you want? Pretty sure yall claimed michael Jackson was a jag when we signed him. This past season yall were claiming he was a 1st rounder. So which is it? No one was beating out UGA and Bama when they had a need. No one. Best bet was having campbell sign early. Kid wanted to leave the state. Sister got offered a job. get over it.
