I heard they apologized for misspelling his name, and when he went to his locker, his name was misspelled.

That’s exactly my point. The kid worked his *** off and stepped up like a man. And as a freshman not one complaint or whining during an interview.
Not being good enough is one thing but a dude like that stays on the team.
Imo he did better than I thought he would.

Would be huge if we could snag Walker and/or Williams and redshirt him. Justice will be huge in this kids development. I didn’t expect much from him and Campbell so hopefully they look better in the future. Campbell actually look decent at G.

Kid battled all year not his fault his coaches threw him on national tv against greenard and zuniga and didnt even chip block.

He had a despondent tweet a while back and then another one yesterday about getting played or something. Lord knows what happened.

Give him a considerably longer look. What he'll be asked to do in the spread system is 100% different than what we saw him asked to do in deep PA drops. The fit couldn't have been worse last year. Let's see what happens.

Some guys, especially OL, are not meant to start for 1, 2, or even 3 years. Absolutely ridiculous to say he is not good after that an abortion of a coaching job and the decision to play him at all last year.

On the first game of the season with the entire cfb fan base watching on prime time. If I was nervous from my couch I can only imagine what he felt.
I’m usually the first person to say stop with the excuses but this kid has a few.

I meant to say he wasn’t good last year obviously. I know it’s going to take time for him and that’s why a redshirt year this year would be big for him if they could afford to.

Never mind; last thing I need to read in 3 yrs is an article stating "Sources w/in the program are happy that Walker is gone. Quote: 'Yeah, he's one of the main reasons why we went 5-7 this season. Complete Cancer.'"
