Is it just time to accept we’ll never be “back”?

I accepted we'll never be back ten years ago. Hope for the best, but being a small private school puts us at a serious disadvantage when it comes to resources and being in the ACC makes that even worse. If we ever get "back," I'll enjoy it, but I don't ever expect us to get be that with any consistency.

NIL and portal has done away with undefeated seasons.
Next year more then ever no top teams will stay there everyone can beat everyone.

Saban retired because of this CFB is fading away never to return.

A championship team one year then bottom tear the next all because

SHOW ME THE MONEY

NFL team wins then everyone goes on the market, CFB same way .

It’s impossible to repeat or get the glory days back MONEY GREED won’t allow it.

Call it accepting mediocrity, I don’t know but is it time to accept UM is never going to be a player on the national stage again? Some say the program is cursed, I say it’s just a matter of a small, private university, with a relatively small alumni/fan base and donors that can’t keep up with the big boys.

Although we’re spending more we always just seem to fall behind what other serious programs will do to win and win big.
If I felt this way, then what is the point of being a fan?

Back in the day, we should have thrown the kitchen sink at Jurich for AD... instead of the slimy fooks we hired ... we would have been in a different stratosphere..
