Manuel “*****-****" McGee is going to keep make up rules to justify putting in Bama. At some point he won’t even try to justify it and just say, “A playoff without Bama is like a chicken wing without buffalo sauce.”

A real conference would have. Imagine if this happened to a big 10 or sec team.

My take is the ACC is worried about antagonizing the CFP committee and they’ve held their ammunition for a potential Clemson win that bumps SMU out

Look I know we blew it

But I feel the media has created enough attention, to where maybe we can still sneak in/have a case.

Stephen A smith , Cam newton , Pat forde, and other outlets etc have created a narrative for Miami and we should push it .. my thing is it’s obvious it’s the SEC invitational.. but how obvious can they make it before there’s a real push back .. If Clemson is the only ACC team in .. that’s a travesty imo … not full on FSU route .. but we should push the narrative .. we should push that 2 ACC teams need to be in regardless if SMU loses.

Miami wouid be favored over Indiana , Boise St, SMU .. on a neutral field.. We have the best offense and QB in the land .



If it’s about getting the best 12 in … I think Miami still has a case .. and just wondering what results this weekend could help push that miracle lol

This is what is making me really angry. F#cking livid. This is now twice. FSU and now Miami. All ACC commish does is write a pathetic letter. DO SOMETHING. Pour some gasoline on all this. Say outright say college football is obviously just a P2 invitational now, and that after this happening twice in consecutive years it is obvious that ACC isn't being taken seriously, and the conference is tired of being treated like dogsh!t by ESPN and the playoff committee. Announce the ACC will be looking into a lawsuit against the playoff committee, as the ACC expected that ACC teams would be treated fairly when it agreed to 12 team playoff, and this is not what it agreed to.

I agree. If SMU loses, it’s resume is worse than UMs.

Kind of hoping Clemson wins so the committee has to rationalize why conference championship losses matter for some conferences but not others while marching out another set of sorry excuses for putting a mediocre Bama team ahead of yet another 2 loss ACC team.

It’s a rigged game. Of course, we know this.

No team without Top 25 wins should be in the playoffs and SEC and Big 10 teams are ranked higher because they’re in the SEC and the Big Ten.

Funny how that works.

I get that, but if we don't fight tooth and nail when this crap happens, it will just keep happening.

Alabama lost to teams with a total of 14 losses. 14 freaking losses. Two teams wouldn't even be bowl eligible had they not beaten Alabama. That's bad. Really bad.

We can't take this anymore. We have been told for years to not leave games in the hands of the officials, but honestly, there is really nothing you can do when they decide to cheat you. We can't magically overturn horrific calls, like holding penalties that wipe out TDs. We do what we have to do, and they cheat us. It's the same with these losses. Yes, we might not have played our best, but even when we DO, they cheat us whenever the **** they want.

Alabama doesn't deserve to be in, period. They inflate the SEC strength of schedule by ranking them all too high in the beginning, then saying, "Wow, look at that strength of schedule", and dopes fall for it. It's freaking rigged, and it's about **** time we call it out for what it is. Rigged. It's as rigged as professional wrestling. Rigged as a Harlem Globetrotter's basketball game. Rigged. They set the narrative early, and ride it all the way to a 3 loss team getting let in, because, you know, the SEC plays soooo many ranked teams during the season.

Everyone but Oregon lost a game this year. Us losing a close game, to a 9-3 team at their place should hurt us less than Alabama losing by 21 to OU.

College football is a joke. When one team has to jump through hoops the others don't, it's rigged.

Of course it's not fair but life isn't fair. Mario knew what it was too. He's a cane. This program was built on kicking in doors and taking what was traditional given to blue blood teams. That is what I loved about this program originally. We changed the game by being so dominant that our greatness couldn't be denied by the elites. This is why Miami is so hated. Our street thugs, poor white trash, and disadvantaged Hispanics had no business being at their prestigious football clubs. This is what the U was built on. Being the renegades. If given the choice, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Ohio State, Alabama, LSU, Michigan, etc. will always be chosen ahead of Miami by the good ole boy network. The difference is, modern Miami doesn't handle business, and we complain about inequality and fairness when the system has never been about equality or fairness. Only keeping the elite on top. You want to be in the playoff, you want to be back on top? WIN. It's the only path forward for THIS program. There is no margin for error. Hence, my takedowns on coaches who underperform here.

Did they lose by 21 ands only score 3 points to a 6 win team? Did they lose to another 6-6 team who lost to Georgis St? Did they lose 3 games if they lose their 13th game of the season? The answer to all these questions is no
