if cams ward runs it ... he'll without a doubt be in new york

Won’t have the “heisman moment” to win it. Our schedule is trash and will be used against him. His numbers will be great. But I’m afraid Jalen milroe will have the appeal and Travis hunter will also
He had his Heisman moment against Va Tech

I think the CU hype is going to get Cam robbed of the heisman. If he continues to play the way he has he should win it easy

I think if Cam can cut down on the turnovers a little, continue producing at the level that he is while we go undefeated in the regular season, and beat Clemson in the ACC CG, he’ll win the Heisman.
True , but you cannot ignore what the completion is doing .

In CO they are probably saying that if Travis averages 100 yds / game and gets 3 or 4 more INTs he has the best shot ---and there is a good argument for Milroe too.

Exactly… his stats prior to the UGA weren’t anything to write home about. But against great competition he throws for 370+ and rushes for over 100 with one turnover and some are ready to crown him.

I don’t want Cam doing a whole bunch of running either but I do think he’ll need to grab a 100 yarder or two on the ground to make it difficult for voters or they’ll hand it to Milroe just because

If Cam keeps averaging 330ish passing with 30-40 yards rushing while winning and Milroe starts putting together 250ish passing along with multiple 100 yard rushing games while winning the odds won’t be in Cam’s favor to win.

I agree, but I think he actually had 8 passing TD's and 6 rushing td's before that game. Neither his passing or rushing yardage were remotely special. Cams passing yards and QBR are just nuts at this point in the season.

Enough with the heisman talk let’s just keep winning …some of yall fans be looking way to far ahead
respectfully, they go hand in hand ... even beyond this year ... think of the run lincoln riley had ... mayfield, murray, hurts, williams ... if we get that kinda qb play in miami, with mario's recruiting, we're in another stratosphere

Definitely has it in his game but he is a natural gun slinger so will always be looking to extend the play throwing. But when he tucks and runs he is pretty fast for his size and hard to bring down

I think we're going to need a lot more designed runs in the future to run through the ACC without a loss. The defenses are making it progressively harder on Cam now that they have film and I hope Dawson has a few wrinkles and plays he hasn't revealed yet.

There can only be one Tua in Miami. Keep Cam safe ! Our entire season is base on if he can finish it! Jordan Travis was crazy to try and pick up extra yards that late in the season for “Style Points “ towards his Heisman campaign. We all know how that ended for FSU and they STILL are paying for that decision from Their QB1.

I would rather not see Cam take off and run.

I agree he needs some rushing stats - primarily the TDs to have a leg up on Milroe when it comes to NY. Rushing TDs, as few turnovers as possible, and wins are the separating factor.

I think a little sort of off-topic thing that needs to happen if he's going to stay consistent and effective is we need Sam Brown or Horton to become more WR1-esque and win more 1 on 1's to draw more attention. It will give Cam more big plays to them, make teams give safety help, and then open up the run game and make the rest of the passing game easier. I don't see how Cam can keep this pace up and avoid mistakes and interceptions the way defenses play us. Really looks like no one is overly concerned with our outside WRs. They bracket Restrepo and play man across the board and are able to keep 6-7 in the box. Similar to what teams did to TVD last year when we went off the rails. Not as effective against Cam but it does limit it a little bit and leads to turnovers.

Milroe is not as good a passer as Cam and will be exposed at some point again. And Colorado will find a way to lose several games which would prob end Hunter's chances though I do believe him to be the best player in the country.

Cam has never run for 100 yards in his career, he ain't that dude. Take the easy uncontested yardage when given, let him improvise when available but game-planning it is asking for trouble.

he'll be at a spot that paid the premium price for obtaining the top pick.

which will be in the hands of a team in the northeast.
