Urban. You can't afford to gamble. Urban is a POS, I don't like him or how he does his business, but he wins at the college level. I'm tired of waiting for these bum coaches to figure things out. If that is too polarizing of a pick, then I recommend bringing in Chris Petersen, who is also doing studio analyst work right now. Chris is a true program builder and is as good of a gameday coach as you will see. I also like how he conducts himself. I don't know if he is interested in coaching ever again but he is someone I would pursue heavily if/when Mario craps the bed if I was Radakovich. Chris made Boise State and Washington great programs. If you keep Mario, you gotta bring in a General Manager to take over all personnel related matters from him and keep his nonsense in check.

We all knew what Mario was before he came here, GT coach is better than him imo though. They are both former offensive linemen so very comparable

It's gotten to the point where I literally cannot watch any of his press conferences because they are a broken record of the same euphemisms, clichés and stupid Marioism's like "elite human beings" "Back to work" "No slogans or proclamations" "No sugarcoating it". It passed the point of being obnoxious a long time ago. I tuned him out last year and I can't imagine that the guys in the locker room are any different. Who would want to listen to the same tired swill over and over again?

The press never asks him the tough questions because if they do he will revoke their access. He's a tightly wound control freak that must have control of the narrative.
