As someone who gets cortisone shots in both shoulders every three months, it isn't quite the painkiller that you think it is. Unless they held off on giving him injections until this week, you aren't supposed to get an injection more than once every 3 months. Maybe their team doctor does it anyways- it still takes 2-3 days to kick in, and sometimes it doesn't kick in at all. In the meantime it hurts worse than before the injection.
 
With all the other drama this week I almost didn't schedule my chiropractor appointment for Friday. I'm planning on a good Thoughts from the Bench Press to get me all jacked up to wail on my pecs tomorrow afternoon if the Happy Hour gets canceled because Eileen's mother passed away this morning and it wouldn't be the same without her.

Is the needle for that shot as bad as ppl make it seem?

I just walked past the bench, gave it a slap on the ***, and told it to get some rest tonight it’s gonna need it

Need to toe the line of hitting him enough to win but not enough to damage him for next season.. where we bring him in for a one year rental.

Killer “B’s” - Bain, Barrow, Baron - need to sack Haynes early and often. Or if he runs, Kiko needs to lay big hit on him.

I don’t care about Mario being petty, I only care about winning and we’ve been doing that with the arguably the best offense we’ve ever had (or at least in this century).

I’m pretty sure Louisville scored more on us. Cal also scored as many points as Duke on us as well. Cal also had a 25 point lead in the 3rd.

We know our defense is *** marinated in dumpster juice.

However, beating your opponents by 22 points is within the ballpark of destroying your opponent.

Agreed. I just get the feeling this is gonna be one of those games. Of course I've had the same feeling for 9 games now so maybe I've just got Battered Cane Syndrome.

Either way I'll be drunk by 10 AM.

Way to move the goalposts....first it's about supposedly not beating them by 3 TDs, then suddenly its about them having the lead before we blew them out
