He'd still be HC. I did this as a thought exercise once before, but I'd say with Manny and his scheme as DC in 2014 and 2015:

Two, his love of his grad assistant BFF defensive coaches and Enos. Mark my words those to will lead to his demise and he will then be relegated where he belongs as a journeyman D coordinator. Should have never been given this job as his first HC gig but we have Blake’s so it’s to be expected. The whole program needs a redo for the BOT/decision makers through the admin to every coach and analyst involved in this program and it’s current state of disgust.

It’s just crazy how Al Golden could recruit NFL level talent but not able to coach them up. This guys really had an eye for talent.

Sadly for us (thank you Shalala)...you get what you pay for in coaching, as well as recruiting these days.
