Gerald Willis

Willis is literally living the sweet life in southern California's beautiful San Fernando valley.

Instead of playing behind Norton and McIntosh and doing school work he'll get to return in 2018 and be, at worst, the team's second best DT.

I used to think there was no way he was coming back, but after watching that video and reading your posts, I'm almost certain he'll be back. He's got that Miami look. Plus, it's pretty standard these days for troubled guys to leave school, move 3,000 miles away, work out privately with trainers for a year, and then come back.

I think it's merely a semester off from school/football. He can re-enroll for the spring semester and resume being a student-athlete in January with a healthy knee, rejuvenated mind, and some hype.

Granted, it's the best case scenario for a guy who could just as easily never come back to Miami again. However, they've been clear that this was a personal decision and that he wasn't booted, whereas they couldn't wait to announce that they'd kicked Courtel to the curb.

He doesn't have brain one in that huge melon on top of his neck?

Apparently he does if what I'm saying has any merit whatsoever.

It shows that he's thinking long-term. For a guy who wanted to enter the draft after last season it's a startling turnaround but someone's been giving him advice.

If he wasn't healed this was the best move for him. No way he was going to keep his head on straight and do what he had to do academically if he wasn't playing football. I'm shocked he managed to make it through that transfer year mostly unscathed. That boy is a beast that you can only keep caged for so long.

It's the football equivalent of studying abroad for a semester. Instead of subjecting his knees to Felder's abuse, he's training with the titans at 2nd Chance Football in the scenic San Fernando Valley. Felder's proven to destroy knees like banshee.

"My Christness Definds Me" is an anagram for "My Deadlifts Defund Knees", which is troubling.

Felder was the one who advised Tannehill not to have surgery on his knee.

He's at least 18, because he's driving to the blue lot to fight people for at least 2 years

Hope for the best and plan for the worst. Sign 4 DTs in the 2018 class regardless of what McIntosh, Norton and Willis are expecting to do next year. At least sign 3 and heavily recruit Jucos until January when the current players have made up their mind.

Only a Carpathian would come here, now, and choose to play behind Norton and McIntosh

So sitting out a year and maybe playing next year is gonna help how? If Willis has any dreams of playing in the NFL he needs to get his play on tape. The dude just doesn't get it

I don't understand what's his deal. My guess is that he knows Norton, Mc Intosh, Chad or two maybe going pro and he'll get more playing time next year. Problem with that theory is that he could play this year and do the same. What I can tell you is that I bet the fellas are clowning on him bout that non-exertion training video.

So does your new way of thinking also include Santa the Easter Bunny and Julio Derosier? Funny how he just picked up that Miami look in a couple of days. Always fun watching some of you guys being an *** to a poster just to eventually make a similar statement.
