So in other words, if they really wanted to build a stadium they could, but they just don't give a sh*t.

No when you donate money you get to pick where that money is spent. Besides it would cost UM about $400M to buy land and build a stadium. I want nothing to do with that MLS soccer team that will be trying to steal sports dollars from the U.
