We should take a flyer on the kid. Based on reports that he has been a playmaker this season for Gulliver, and this is his first season playing football. He could be at worst a special-teamer, effort guy with some ability, and improves the overall talent level of the team type player. The players ranked 55 - 73rd on the team aren't quality players from what I saw during the spring scrimmages. Wouldn't hurt to add him.
 
Kid has more room to grow than Bandy. His height is fine he just needs to add mass.

Bandy is a few inches shorter and he's been pretty good.

He's visiting GT this weekend. Its wild that we are scrambling for corners, are way under 85 schollies, and we wont even give the younger, athletic brother of one of our all timers a ******* look. Meanwhile, the 1-5 team that beat us at home because they don't have a lispy ****** for a coach is having him visit. Incredible.

This is true but man, this kid is just producing and always around the ball. Take a chance. We have nothing to lose. It could be beneficial having a kid like this who will literally gives 200% and is a ball player here

My son is the starting center at Gulliver. We have 20 D1 kids on the roster right now and none of them have done what Gabe Taylor has done for our program this season. His instincts are not of this planet. He hasn’t played any kind of football since middle school.
