I have no idea. Kid might or might not. Plenty of high school players have great high school careers while running slow & don't belong at the next level. It's high school. But again, I have no idea what he runs.

This is his first year playing and its hard to offer someone who has only 1 year of film and even harder to evaluate. You have to see if he is a flash in a pan and he didn't help his case in not playing 7v7 if he would have shown out at 7v7 like he has he would have some decent offers. Because could u imagine a kid like Ronald delancey a 2 year starter for northwestern and a super solid player who doesnt have an offer and we offer someone who has been playing a year

Miami only needs 1 more corner imo we are returning every db from this year except Robert Knowles. We will be deep in the secondary next year. Bandy and blades at corner hall and bolden are ur starters then u have ivey,William's, couch and at safety u have keontra smith and amari carter. We are bringing in marcus clarke, daran branch that makes us 6 deep at corner. At safety we have brian balom and keyshawn Washington making us 6 deep there and we are still looking to add 1 more db you can shoot for the stars or look for a kid with elite athleticism and if u can't find either the spot should go to the o line or te

Gabriel didn't play HS football until this year. He wanted to be a basketball player and pretty sure he realized he was too small. Just an FYI the kid can dunk. You can look up video of him playing 1on1 with Jamal Mashburn Jr. and you can see his athleticism. I don't understand why everyone is so against the offer.

Stop. Guys transfer and get hurt all the time. Take everyone who is athletic and wants to be a Cane and weed out the cancers!

I am not saying that's what we should do just telling u what we are doing. I have no problem taking taylor because obviously the kid knows what he is doing but I understand us not taking him. I see the need for only more db

IV seen this kid play twice and wow does he makes some plays. I swear he plays like Tyrann Mathieu. In the game this week against Champaign-at he had a pick 6 a wildcat rushing touchdown and forced fumble all before the third quarter. He is very undersized but was making more plays than highly rated Jalen Harrel on the other side

The kid is legit. He HAS offers from Northern Illinois and other mid-majors. Duke is going to offer this week. He has the grades for Miami obviously. He’s growing and scored on a 50 yard touchdown run the first time he played on offense. He has 7 interceptions this season fwiw he’s 5’11” and growing. Bandy isn’t bigger than this kid.

You too think we should offer or have him commit as a preferred walk-on? I think we’re going to regret this one personally. He’s definitely not a JAG.
