FSU 2013

Tim Reynolds ‏@ByTimReynolds 4m

NCAA hits Miami with 3 sanctions. 1. Facing Jameis Winston in 2013. 2. Facing Jameis Winston in 2014. 3. Facing Jameis Winston in 2015.

Reynolds just ****ed me off with this one.

He wont be there in 15.

He'll be taking a 1-15 team from 2014 to a Super Bowl championship in 2015.

Winston plays one half of football against a team that isn't covering anyone, and Canes fans are busting out the annointing oils. Feh.

That and they are so quick to want to be the "rational miami fan". Like that matters. Be as rational as you want. They'll still hate you.

That "look at how rational, unbiased and analytical I am" routine is about as *** as it gets. Get off Jemima's nuts. He's throwing against air. Let's see what he does with even a modicum of adversity.

your tough guy routine is getting tiring. good play is good play, if you can't analyze football dispassionately to make decisions and help yourself understand what the **** is going on, at least don't rag on those who can. who knows how good he'll play against legit teams, but he's playing impressively well against mediocre competition--it is what it is.

PS aint nobody tries to be "rational" to be liked by opposing fans. people try to be fair so they actually see the world the way it is. some people value reality.

Certainly not subjecting myself to sitting through an entire FSU pukefest, but their DLine looked noticeably less athletic than in recent years. Definitely an area we can exploit.

Honestly not even worried about FSU. They've been the most talented team in the ACC every year since they joined pretty much and never get anything done.

U*** is all I'm thinking about. Its gonna be a long week.

That's not a problem to you? I'd rather be the most talented team in the ACC and win the conference two out of the past three seasons.

Some of you need to just chill, not everyone is trying to play the contrarian. People are just giving honest assessments on what they saw. I agree with jhall, Pitt's secondary is weak, but the kid looks pretty **** good so far. Just because you disagree doesn't mean you have to derail the thread every time. Just use facts or state your opinion to why you disagree. Some of you act like little girls every time someone brings a difference of opinion.

They do have that DC from Bama who DE's are just big to stop the run but have no pass rushing skills.

FSU secondary looks strong, front 7 does not have the same talent as they did last year. Still a pretty good looking defense.

The one thing I dont see this kid doing is throwing the ball away, he still has that young guy thing where he thinks he can stick it in there anywhere. That could be the ***** in the armor we need when we play them. We just nee to let TH3, Gunt, A.Craw put the lock on those wr's and force them to beat us 1v1. These guys look better vs. better comp than most teams this weekend, honestly. Man that hurt to type....lol

Tim Reynolds is a silly lil dude. LMAO a John Franklin on the sideline like he will ever get in the game.

The talent around Winston is certainly helping him elevate his game...and not to mention this Pitt team
is not even mid level competition...they are getting hosed by these WR's...and TE...

I think we need to see a lot more game file before we anoint him the next greatest

He still to me looks like an Athlete playing QB and not a QB that is an Athlete...but JMO...

Not to be a jerk but if you feel that way, you don't know what you're watching... The kid is going through progressions, making smart decisions once the play break down, throwing under duress, etc. As the commentators say, his eyes never leave the field... And I see this Pitt team as a 6-7 win team... They just lack athletes but much like VT against Bama, their 1st game opponent is tough...

He looks more of a QB than an athlete. He's hardly Mike Vick back there.

College football fandom is steeped in reality. Thats what its all about really. What are you talking about? Its embarrassing that on a Miami board, we have people praising this kid like they wear red and yellow or whatever they call their colors. You think after Morris' performance against NC State that an entire FSU board was praising him? They were likely dumping on NC State's pass defense. Everyone so beaten down that FSU players must get their due credit? Garbage.
