Haha, I know lol.I find that very hard to believe.
You don't want to see the lies I would tell if #4 ended up here.
Let me DREAM! Players notified. Who wears #4 currently?Stop
Imo, no way he is throwing at spring, which sucks. Big gamble.@DMoney Did he have the surgery already? I saw in the Purdy article that they had to wait 40 days for the swelling to go down
I'd pass on Beck. i get the argument in favor of him, but I think Nickel is the real deal, I think he is the future, and you risk Nickel either looking elsewhere or, more likely, rotting on the bench for the year. Beck to me is not elite, so is it to go 9-3 instead of 8-4? I'd let Nickel start and see what he can do. The " learn from the veteran" narrative is overplayed. They learn by playing.
This! I’ve been super critical of Mario for his handling of the qb situation, but actually getting Beck would be a major win. One year of Ward and we’ve lost all perspective of what a good college qb is. Beck would arguably be the best qb on the field in every game we play next year in the regular season.Y’all dont understand its levels. Beck isn’t ward but he is a tier 1 cfb qb. Probably will be the best qb in the acc or at least top 2
Yes but it’s successful is a direct correlation to its level of crazyIf puzzy is undefeated we shouldn't have a problem here...RIGHT
It's undefeated.Yes but it’s successful is a direct correlation to its level of crazy
That’s because they are all ******* crazyIt's undefeated.
We said that last year, Everyone always say second wave.. It doesnt really work out that way.. The first wave is where the majority of talent is, you need to grab who you can in first window.. Make one of the WR with window to enter an offer from playoff team.. Maybe a team who has wr with ties to area..If we land Beck..the 2nd portal wave after the Spring we can land a big fish at WR. Im not worried about that. Just land a QB that kids will want to play with.
Let's close the deal and over 7 wins next year may be back on the menu boys!
We did pretty good in the 2nd wave last year though I agree certain positions it’s a no-go (like QB)We said that last year, Everyone always say second wave.. It doesnt really work out that way.. Dont fall for 2nd wave again this year..

Emery 2nd half really.. Boys seen jesus after that performance.. I never seena consensus turn around on CIS like that EVER......Ward got yall expectations all ****ed up lmao
I've been as critical of Mario as just about anyone, but if he lands Beck, we should be looking at 9 or 10 wins. OL is near elite, RBs are really good, and WRs are solid with high upside...think we need to at least one top WR in the spring portal, another RB for depth, and I'd like to add another TE for depth. Add Lucas at CB and the secondary is light years better...need to add a quality LB and a run-stopping DT if he want to compete for the CFPLet's close the deal and over 7 wins next year may be back on the menu boys!
That's what I was thinkingImo, no way he is throwing at spring, which sucks. Big gamble.
QB and CB seem like the no-nos behind window number 2.We did pretty good in the 2nd wave last year though I agree certain positions it’s a no-go (like QB)
We did, but remember everyone talking about a flood of talent like never seen before and then it didnt happen.. I think its better to hit needs early and then see what pops up after. We did pretty good in the 2nd wave last year though I agree certain positions it’s a no-go (like QB)
