Curious, what and how do you know personally about Beck’s leadership skills?

Many reports over the last year of his time at Georgia as well as watching many Georgia games this year and viewing his demeanor with teammates on the sideline. Also, I live in Georgia so the Bulldogs are covered extensively here.
To your point, I do not have first hand knowledge but haven’t liked what I’ve seen and read. I am just stating my opinion and uncertainty.

I’m conflicted. Beck is definitely a talent upgrade but I don’t like his leadership methods or lack there of. Not sure you can change the Leopard’s spots in 9 months at a new University. At the same time I want to maximize our chances of getting to the playoffs with this group of OL and the upgrades to the DB group. I might have to hold my nose and hope my coaches can get the best out of Beck for one year and then turn the program over to Luke.

Get to the playoffs? Man that is way on the other side of the delusion line.

2024 was an oddball chance year which failed due to having zero defense. 2025 has a tougher schedule, no Cam and is unlikely to be .500 or better with any qb. Play Luke and see if can make progress on D and have a chance to be top 20 in 2026.

Going in to the semis, Vegas had OSU at -130 and the other 3 closely bunched around +500. In other words, OSU (sadly) a massive favorite.

I coulda sworn JJ said himself in an interview that Cam called him the night b4 national signing day & gave him a guarantee that if he committed to Miami on signing day then Cam would come to Miami. He proceeded to still sign with OSU and Cam continued to mull his options.

When the season win over/unders come out from Vegas and we are in the 4.5-5.5 range, you'll be able put some $ behind your opinion. If your view is remotely right, you'd be an easy winner.

I’ll disagree. Texas oline is definitely better than OSU oline. Kelvin Banks is a top 8 draft pick and their center, Majors is a day 2 pick and a 4 year starter, Cameron Williams their RT is also very good. They’re widely considered a top 5 oline in the country.

Maybe, but the times I've seen them play against a quality DL, mainly UGA twice, they were manhandled and OSU DL is as good or better than UGA

You act as if we haven't already revamped the entire secondary (weakest part of our weak defense last season) and fired Guidry. Last year's defense won't be next year's defense
