I disagree with this…..someone still had to coach all these quarterbacks that you just listed


If being a talented quarterback is pretty much the only prerequisite then why do some of the worst QBs that play like crap during the season then all of a sudden turned into Tom Brady versus the Miami?

Ummmm you hires dudes that do both? I mean that’s what a ceo does and the ***** learned football and played he knows the fundamentals. Like cmon lol

Yea you can slip up. Imagine getting interviewed for a raise? They go in and say they recruit, just like a player may have his highest value ever out of HS like Cormani…..so you have to take the most cause you will get exposed or you will be great and get more. That’s why I get going to the highest bidder even if it’s by 10k. Bruh I would go to another school for 30k more from where I came from.

You got to think that’s how people think.

Most CEOs HCs have a Xs and Os in their background with the only one being Dabo, however if your gonna the CEO it…… you better have not have any G5 coordinators

I don't think there's a one best path forward for the ideal Head Coach. Wasn't Butch primarily a position coach here and with Jimmy's Cowboys before taking the job here ? Being an OC/DC might be the most common path but some variations can work out.

Yea I think with the roster eventually you can attract bigger names like Nick and Kirby did. You have to reach a point where a well known OC or DC know they can use the roster to get a HC gig. If the roster seems like it can downgrade their status they will not be interested. It always comes down to the players

Yup might be top 15.

I’ll let it slide if Miami wins the ACC and makes the playoffs.

If they do neither and end up around 12-15 I would say that’s a disappointment across the the board
