to be honest, the timing is unfortunate. i hope the fasting doesn't affect their game.Interesting development

Ongoing, but with the later tip will be able to eat a bit before the game instead of waiting until halftimeThis is old. They fasted for a day last week it seems, the day they played Arkansas. N/A to our game.
No food, no water, still dominant: UConn's Adama Sanogo observes Ramadan but has no issue vs Arkansas
Sanogo, Hassan Diarra and Samson Johnson fasted in observance of Ramadan. Sanogo had 18 points in UConn's Sweet 16 victory.www.ctinsider.com
And TJD on Indiana who Omier outrebounded 17-8
Had forgotten how insane that game was back in 2003. What. A. Shot.
I hope it does... take no prisonersto be honest, the timing is unfortunate. i hope the fasting doesn't affect their game.
I will never ever forget the ending to that game. I was only 14 yrs old watching it and very early into my Canes Fandom but I remember going NUTS whe he stole the inbounds and drained a fade away 3 from the corner. WOW still the best finish to a Canes game ever. Jaquan Newtons 3 from half court vs Unc is pretty close too.Had forgotten how insane that game was back in 2003. What. A. Shot.
