Just highlights the point that the ratings are not perfect. When the services say 3* and Alabama takes him and LSU wanted him, you can bet that he's better than 3* as a prospect. Alabama doesn't need to take that sort of risk on a DL. They must be high on him.

Yeah McCoy has been my comparison from the jump. Rare fluidity, agility and snap quickness for his size.

I guess anyone going to Alabama has that risk. But I think they're really good at their DL evals and they wouldn't have taken him if they didn't think he had the upside to play there. We'll see. Big frame kid also.
