Last time I check our corners are still getting smoked by UNC as we talk. News flash my man, you need competent corners to win in football these days. Just some food for thought while you Crown manure and his big time class. Quick question how good of a job has Diaz done with that big time 2018 class? You know the one that was ranked #8 in the country. Smh

I don’t know how that works my friend. I think you can count those forward if you need too. But I agree, I keep hearing that we got portal corners coming but I don’t know who the heck they are. So it’s just whatever, fire Rumph!

You are right. Florida hired Urban and they won 2 ships. FSU won a ship with Jimbo, who's not Urban but was nonetheless a homerun hire at the time, even if he was a coordinator.

Meanwhile, we hired Elmer the Fudd, Onion/Radio, a used car salesman, a has been who never was, and the lispy boy wonder. The results speak for themselves.

When Manny inevitably fails in 2-3 years--and God I hope he proves me wrong--we need to go after a proven, up and coming head coach, from a decent P5 program, like we did with Jimmy and Dennis. GO CANES!!

that I have a bama account? yea sure

I use the dominant or multiple dominant teams as examples that I want us to be. I use bama clemson osu but bama mainly cause thats what i want. But u cant comprehend that u are just tired of hearing the truth. When FSU was winning i used them as an example. I dont slurp coaches I want wins and dominance and first rounders thats what i want as a UM fan....Will that happen? Likely never but im still a fan
 
Below are the Top 25 2021 recruits in Florida. Of those 25, 16 are signed or slated/leaning to go out of state, with 5 going to Alabama alone. So yes, out of state poaching of Florida players is a serious problem and one that needs to be addressed by hiring better, accomplished, and competent coaching staffs at our big 3 schools, if not by our legislature. We have to get creative to turn the tables around on this situation as millions of dollars are leaving the state essentially in conference and national championships, endorsements, alumni donations, etc.

With that said, that Miami got 5 out of the Top 25--just like Bama--after one of our most embarassing seasons last year, and an historically embarassing loss less than a week ago, is nothing short of a miracle. Manny and his band of misfits have many flaws, but even the worst of his detractors has to admit that Manny's schtick is working on young recruits, at least for now. If he hires a competent DC and defensive staff, like he did with Lashlee, then he might just turn this thing around.

Manny has stated as recent as this year, he doesnt care about cover corners, he wants corners that set the edge, can tackle and are good teammates with good energy, he said they can teach corners to cover.. Extremely flawed especially compared to guys like Saban and Urban

Well that right there just says every thing that Manure is, amateur to the core! And exactly why his scheme doesn’t work because it’s all make believe put together by a boy who dreamed of coaching in football but never even played the ******* game. Because had he played it, he would have realized real quick it doesn’t work in the real world because any OC worth a crap will scheme against it and literally let manure hang himself on the field with his own scheme. Lol 🤢🤮 dude is a laughing stock in CFB circles because of his Mickey Mouse scheme that no one and I repeat NO ONE in CFB runs but him. Smh think about this, in the age of spread offenses, our boy wonder Corch doesn’t think cornerbacks are important! Lmao you have to laugh to literally keep from crying. 😂🤣

Whats crazy, is @DMoney did a defense blueprint where he states first thing Urban looks for in corners is cover ability and Manny says he doesnt care about it because they can coach it, main focus is tackles and setting the edge like DE.. No wonder UNC blew are doors off, the CB werent there to set edge while dline went upfield, lol..

Urban Meyer has a great eye for CBs and says his first priority by far is man-coverage ability. Camp footage is particularly important for CBs, as they compete against comparable talent on every snap. Many of Urban's signees also played offense. In terms of sleeper trends, there have been three recent first rounders from North Carolina (Jaire Alexander, Mike Hughes, soon-to-be Caleb Fairley) who played both ways and flew under the recruiting radar. That may be a trend to keep an eye on. South Florida also produced two 3* first rounders (DeAndre Baker and Damon Arnette), although they did not play both ways due to the local depth at the position.

Sabans first few recruiting classes were no where near what he’s doing now nationally..his first top 5 class was kids almost exclusively from that Bama area. I Remember that class being renowned as the most talented that state had produced. And in retrospect that is true looking on 247..and he signed every last top kid it seemed in state in 08 .he won with glen coffee, John Wilkes booth at QB and boy band lead singer Greg mcCleroy, and a no name Defense. That’s how he got that ball rolling bruh..it’s alotvmore than bags..he proved that by winning a natty in he’s 2nd 3rd yeat
