Who’s best?
Mateer
Who’s best?
Because he attended Columbus and is considered “a Miami guy”. If this kid were from any other state, the board would be hoping we could get him as a highly coveted 2A option behind MateerThe boards collectively decided Mendoza sucks at some point for some reason. He does not. He's no Cam but no one we could bring in is. If your barometer for bringing in a better option than Emory = as good as Cam or better you're going to be disappointed.
I think we found the hole in @DMoney ’s QB recruiting philosophy. Yes, 5 stars from HS are too expensive and have a crazy high bust rate. But you also can’t recruit only projects or you’re left with Emory and Judd as your returning QBs on roster.
And let’s be honest. Ward was just as likely to turn pro as to come to Miami. Where would we be right now if he had gone the other way? The portal is just too fickle with QBs
I don’t have the answers. Just know we have to stop relying on the portal. Nickel is a good start. Hopefully Coleman keeps up trend.
Let’s see how the QB position looks against Notre Dame. I’d be surprised if it’s just Emory, Judd and Nickel.I think we found the hole in @DMoney ’s QB recruiting philosophy. hopefully I’m not asking anything that can’t be answered. Is there legit interest on BOTH sides? I for one am a fan and think this kid can get it done at UM.Let’s see how the QB position looks against Notre Dame. I’d be surprised if it’s just Emory, Judd and Nickel.
I’m not sure if this one comes together. Hearing some Georgia buzz with Mendoza. He will have options and so will Miami.hopefully I’m not asking anything that can’t be answered. Is there legit interest on BOTH sides? I for one am a fan and think this kid can get it done at UM.
So it’s going to be an elbow less Beck.I’m not sure if this one comes together. Hearing some Georgia buzz with Mendoza. He will have options and so will Miami.
Anything more you can share on UM’s options?I’m not sure if this one comes together. Hearing some Georgia buzz with Mendoza. He will have options and so will Miami.
I wouldn’t even watch a game.So it’s going to be an elbow less Beck.
Aaaaahahahaha, liar.I wouldn’t even watch a game.
Wonder if people would just go after Rashada thenI’m not sure if this one comes together. Hearing some Georgia buzz with Mendoza. He will have options and so will Miami.
Hopefully not.So it’s going to be an elbow less Beck.
Doesn't Georgia already have Stockton and Rashada? Is Mendoza transferring to sit, or does UGA really have him above Stockton who they seem to be high on?I’m not sure if this one comes together. Hearing some Georgia buzz with Mendoza. He will have options and so will Miami.
The answer is recruit guys like Nickel and go to the portal. We didn't recruit that position well enough the first few years.I think we found the hole in @DMoney ’s QB recruiting philosophy. So we're pretty much gonna have to wait until January again for a QB lol
