The big news is that the police actually went to his apartment to investigate and question him. Apparently crab theft is a much more serious crime in Tally than rape. So it might be safe to send your crabs to Free *** U, but if they are on your daughter you better keep em home.

With this guy it's hard to decide what joke to make about FSU. Free Soda University, Forced *** University or Free Seafood University? Maybe Forgotten Shellfish University since that's his excuse?

Another thing that smells fishy is the fact the police took like 3 hours to show up at his apartment after the incident was reported, he was not arrested and then immediately given pre-trial intervention. Typically a shoplifter gets arrested on the spot, sits in a jail, goes before a judge, gets bailed out/ror then has a court date where they file for PTI. Takes like a month or something to get it all sorted out, not a few hours. Another semi-botched investigation and special treatment to save face.
