Pay each player market price, charge them all tuition, books, lodging, meals, and for coaching/tutoring and union dues for those so inclined. Players in right to work states could be fired at coach's discretion. Teams with budget shortfalls could travel to away games by bus. Issue them a W-2 for their tax returns. It will be very entertaining to see how this all plays out.

Maybe a reality show filming practices so we can watch a third team linebacker making 10K a year doing a Bobby Bucher Jr on a million dollar QB! I'd buy the premium channel. :drevil:
