ESPN saying we need to run the table to the ACC championship game…

Absolutely fair. Pretty weak schedule with Louisville being the toughest team we’ll face all year. Run the table and win the ACC, we’re in. Run the table and lose to Clemson in the ACC championship, we’re probably still in.

I really want Clemson and us to win out. That would be a pretty epic ACCCG given how pathetic the ACC is this year. Likely two top 7ish teams. With conference realignment we need a big marquee game like that.

Did this guy really say Duke is going to go to the ACCCG?? LMAOOOOOOOO

They have to play at GT, at Miami, FSU, SMU, at NC State, Virginia Tech. They are losing 3+ of those games. What in the world.

They will have one Manny special game that opponents will gash Manny"s blitzes for a million yards... I am predicting at GT

Do we get bonus points for playing six road games? Half those $EC cucks play 7 or 8 home games.

$EC cucks and the number of home games they have:
UGa - 8
Bama - 7
Tennessee - 7
Oklahomo - 8
Tejas - 7
aTm - 8
Mizzou - 7
L$U - 8
Ole Pizs - 7

B!G cucks and the number of home games they have:
Taint - 8
Oregon - 7
Pedo St - 7
Michigan - 8
U$C - 6 (WOW!!!)
Indiana - 8
Illinois - 7

When does ESPN do a story about this? It's fuccin cheating in it's simplest form.

Agreed. I can't say I disagree with her take either. Key to me is Duke could have a good season, L'ville as well. Pitt looks to be tough so who knows. There's so much football left to play this is the least of my worries.
The problem about looking at the situation now is that the SEC hasn’t been dominant this season and will in some part cannibalize itself. Up to this point there has been enough examples of non SEC teams being competitive with the rest of their non Bama and UGA league.

I mean Mizzou is top 10 but almost lost to BC? The same Bc who was tooth and nail to knock off MSU at home.

Ole Miss dropped a game to a UK team that looks to be better than their rank and record because they hung in with the Dawgs?

ND beat A&M in their house and Louisville gave them more work on the road than A&M could.

Auburn sucks and lost to Cal who gets no credit for that dub? Mind you Oklahoma was in a dogfight with the same Auburn team and kept it competitive with this supposedly elite Tenn team. If Miami strolls into Cal at midnight and bodies them how much weight does that carry?

LSU lost to USC and almost lost to SC so what happens if Clemson destroys them at the end of the season.

I am sure there are additional examples of mediocrity/parity across the SEC that can be added to the list and you can guarantee that list will grow.

Right now Bama looks really good, Texas looks really good, and UGA looks really good.

Ole Miss lost to the first good team they played, Mizzou is gonna lose to someone. Oklahoma isn’t going to survive. Nor will LSU or A&M. The only question right now is what is Tennessee going to do? The SEC has 4 teams without a blemish, do they beat each other up and make it hard to discern who is best or do a couple of them rise above the rest and squash the second tier teams claim to deserve a spot in the playoff?

As they say that is why you play the games.

Year over year you just don’t see that many teams with 2 or less losses in the same conference. I think by adding the most elite teams from the other conferences to the P2 that number can only go down.

I think one thing you can bank on is that the only way a 3 loss team even has a shot to get into the playoff is if all 3 of those losses come against teams in the top 8 and all of them were in doubt late into the 4th Q

Please stop buying into the ESPN machine which needs to create stories and clicks. No human being on Oct 3 has any clue as to which team will be in the playoffs, and every single team, including BAMA, is 1 injury away to a QB from not being in the playoff.

This is just like ESPN discussing every morning which NFL team is the best when the NFL regular season is less than 1/4 complete.

With all seriousness, don’t feed the monster that is modern day news; whether that is sports, politics, or anything else.

Dinich is not serious. Btw, she already has Clemson in Acc title game?

guys just understand they hate us. They want us to lose.

1. Dinich doesn't know **** about football, she just finally blew enough ESPN brass to be made the ACC mouthpiece (moar Diddy)
2. It's too early for this ****
3. Article has nothing to do with us..it's about laying the groundwork (yes Diddy) for 6 sec, 4 big teams to get in

i am still wondering how Va.Tech lost to Vandy & Rutgers? we did not play well but Va Tech was very solid up front on OL and D was very good overall RB is very good as well they should have a better record
I think Pry is that bad.

At 5-0 we haven't beaten a team with a winning record. FSU with 1 win is killing us as our schedule is pathetic. We have to beat Clemson in the ACC Championship. I have huge concern facing Brohm with the tape he now has on us. Scheme!

In order to definitely make the 12 team playoff with our schedule strength 🤞🏻

Dinich: Miami. The Canes' path is tough not only because of back-to-back road trips to Cal and Louisville, but also because if they don't win the ACC, they might not have enough on their resume to get an at-large bid. The pressure is on, especially after a close, controversial home win against Virginia Tech. Saturday's game at Cal marks the first time Miami has to leave its home state -- and if they play like they did against the Hokies, an upset is possible. Then they have a bye week to recover from the trip out West before traveling to Louisville. If Miami runs the table but loses to Clemson in the ACC championship game, the Canes still have a great chance of getting in the playoff as an at-large team. If Miami loses at Cal, though, or has a bad loss and doesn't win the league, its schedule strength will be called into question on Selection Day.

Did anyone watch what happened to FSU last year?

There is no doubt in my mind that we get left out if we dont win ACC championship.

SEC/B1G decide who gets in now....

The scenario she is presenting is if we loss a regular season game, and the ACC championship game. So at a minimum 2 losses.

I think a 2 loss ACC team, whoever it may be, is in danger of being left out.

If Clemson wins out and we beat them in the championship gm, does anybody think Clemson is gonna get in? I would say they are def in danger of being left out.

As much as we hate the Gators, they actually ****ed us by sucking so bad. Looks like a useless win on our schedule.
