ESPN saying we need to run the table to the ACC championship game…

i am still wondering how Va.Tech lost to Vandy & Rutgers? we did not play well but Va Tech was very solid up front on OL and D was very good overall RB is very good as well they should have a better record
The VT QB had his best game of the year per their coach so he obviously did not play well vs Vandy and Rutgers

2 loss Miami with a close L in the ACC title game will be in as long as Cam Ward continues to do Cam Ward things

Think it kind of makes sense.

Clemson and us both will have the same marquee wins. One of each other (ACCCG), Louisville, and a mid/bottom SEC school. We both really could have used Louisville beating ND.

All this really depends on what else happens in CFB. No way we get in with 2 losses IMO (a **** ACC team/Louisville and Clemson) unless the rest of CFB implodes.

We are their Super Bowl every year.

And Pry is an idiot.
Rutgers just beat Washington. I know Washington is no where near where they were, but Rutgers is better than usual. Vandy looks competent this year. VT probably overlooked both of them and then played their Super Bowl against Miami. Drones was also playing his cousin.

Off topic but I’d love to know who Heather Dinich has blackmail details on that has allowed her to rise the ranks at ESPn.

She was terrible at covering the ACC and was often ill informed.

And at a national level she’s even worst and more generic. She has no sources and never brings any insight to the discussion beyond what everyone else can already see just by watching highlights.

We need to run the table but Georgia can lose three games. Doesn't seem fair to me but can't say I'm surprised. SEC bias has always been there but it's definitely gotten more blatant in the past couple years.

A one-loss Georgia would never have been ranked above an undefeated Miami a decade ago, no matter the schedule.
I hate to say it but let's be honest, the SEC is very good and the "bias" exists for that reason.

Agreed. I can't say I disagree with her take either. Key to me is Duke could have a good season, L'ville as well. Pitt looks to be tough so who knows. There's so much football left to play this is the least of my worries.

In order to definitely make the 12 team playoff with our schedule strength 🤞🏻

Dinich: Miami. The Canes' path is tough not only because of back-to-back road trips to Cal and Louisville, but also because if they don't win the ACC, they might not have enough on their resume to get an at-large bid. The pressure is on, especially after a close, controversial home win against Virginia Tech. Saturday's game at Cal marks the first time Miami has to leave its home state -- and if they play like they did against the Hokies, an upset is possible. Then they have a bye week to recover from the trip out West before traveling to Louisville. If Miami runs the table but loses to Clemson in the ACC championship game, the Canes still have a great chance of getting in the playoff as an at-large team. If Miami loses at Cal, though, or has a bad loss and doesn't win the league, its schedule strength will be called into question on Selection Day.
She isn't lying.

Perception is bottom/mid feeders in SEC + B1G are world beaters, therefore, they get all slots not reserved for conference champions.
