Real talk. We are the most predictable offense in the country. Certain packages are all runs, blows my mind. Tech new it too

Many have been critical of D'onofrio for longer. We just weren't ****y lil girl scouts about it.

It's not bs. The talent is not elite. The talent is 7-5 to 8-4 talent. There are some good players out there, but overall the talent is overrated and was over hyped by posters on here. Coach D sucks, the scheme sucks, but a great DC would not have this same defense look like the '85 Bears.

85, agree to a point but a good/great DC gets you a few wins by scheming and playing to his players strengths. NO D does the complete opposite.

I agree, I'm just sick of people overhyping our talent. And I'm not saying that to defend Coach D. He sucks. I just don't think our talent is that good either.

There are plenty of decent defenses without good talent. We are awful. Honestly if I'm a defensive recruit I don't want to play in this systen

It's clear he doesn't. When was the last game that our offense got into a rhythm? Maybe USF?

If i see another pass to Walford 4 yards behind the LOS, I'm diving to Miami and ****ing on Coley's wife
 
Our entire defensive philosophy is off balance. you know i don't think the DL is that bad....hear me out. When you blitz, teams usually take away all the easy throws, meaning no WR drags and no dump offs to the TE and RB. WE don't do that. We blitz, we start the CBs 10 yards from the LOS then we start backing up. We use LBS to try to cover the underneath middle, leaving us with huge gaps on the outside once the WR clear the middle on drags. Ever heard about a coverage sack?.....No D has never heard of it. We never challenge the opposition receivers. We give the edge to the others teams pretty much all the time. The scheme is flawed. You can get all the 5 stars you want and it wont matter. No DL can get to a QB in 3 secs and thats all the time u need to hit drags and dump offs.....and 3 years and we cant stop it. No D belongs at Miami.....................of Ohio

This is a must read. Especially the part about blitzing and not challenging the WRs

No talent on D and scheme makes it worse - no creativity and no plan/scheme to maximize strengths and cover up weakness - you get the point
