I disagree with the prediction of record but I think the honeymoon phase is already over with the fans,imo, though that can be recovered.

I dont know how that is remotely relevant to the point, but you can look it up.

Lawrence won it as a Freshman.
Watson made the CFP final as a Sophomore and won it as a Junior

You can tell Manny recruited the defense because at the end of his tenure his defense was a mess. Poor recruiter and a lot of bad evals. Golden failed because he stuck by No D but for the most part his evals were on point. Once the Golden players left, Manny had nothing. That was on him and no one else.

Mario has done well in spots but it's honestly hard to tell on defense with the **** Guidry is calling. Secondary still isn't Miami caliber but they shouldn't be as bad as they looked this year. Guidry's scheme and playcalling was *** all year.

Because it seems when the Baghdad Bob types don't have concrete examples to point to like WINS, they resort to much more vague evaluations using platitudes like "Program Building", "Changing Culture" and "Trajectory".

Miami had the best QB in its history, a place they used to call QB U, and it struggled through the ENTIRE conference schedule. It fielded a historically bad defense that got NO help from all of those vaunted recruiting classes that were brought in. That doesn't bode well for an "upward trajectory"


Just for reference... Dabo is still coaching at Clemson because he parlayed his generational QBs into National Title TROPHIES.

Mario couldnt even parlay his into an ACC title berth. Just an appearance in an ACC title game.

In year 3, being remotely comparable to Manny in any way while having 10x the resources and support is an abject fqqing abortion.

The program seems cursed. Miami can pop up to a 6-2 or so conference record, but there always…ALWAYS…is a team that comes out of nowhere to over perform and surge into the title game. This year it’s SMU. Next year…maybe it’s Georgia Tech or Virginia Tech. But whoever it is, they’ll always be one game better than Miami.

kelly is a serial liar. I know everyone seems to think we are out of it but I have heard from some they think we have life. it could be his pops bs'ing us but he does have a cousin on the team
