It's wild we have the #1 offense in the nation and people are scared of a shootout. Just be balanced on offense and we could score a TD every time we have the ball seriously. And on defense just play the pass and let our d-line cook. Turnovers.and sacks will be there to be had

Yep. If we show balance and don't give them extra possessions with turnovers we will be fine. We've shown up in our two biggest road games vs UF & Lville. I expect us to show up again with so much on the line.

Not that @Brooklyndee needs me to defend him but I can confidently say there isn’t many, if anyone, on this website who has done more for this program behind the scenes. I get you’re new here but this isn’t a road you want to go down on. 😂

Lol have you watched us this season. VT, cal, gt, Duke 1st half, wake first 3 qtrs. We can be #1 and still be worried

Smith is benefiting from a cheeks schedule with not a lot of physical fronts. And TVD is *** plain and simple even Daniel Jones had a good season it doesn’t make him a good player. It happens sometimes, but I rather trust my eyes always then stats

Yes compared to his other classes this one isn’t as good on paper but like you said signing day could change that so we’ll see, but this is the best stretch of recruiting we’ve had since the early 2000’s so I won’t complain.

As long as the LBs read their keys in the run game.

Lashlee's run scheme at SMU is vastly different than that weak *** inside zone he ran repeatedly here. SMU's run game involves a lot of misdirection, false pulls, and other movement that requires the LBs and safeties to be disciplined - something our LBs and safeties haven't done all year.

If our interior guys can re-establish the LOS (Jakari Clark is their center lol), then all of that window dressing is meaningless.

Last sentence is key. This is where the difference lies. We should be able to blow up their timing with interior pressure. But it would be a chess match no doubt.

We signed like 8 guys out of the portal.
OJ has made an instant impact. All y'all want Patterson to be the full time starter at safety. Bell is from juco and has gotten a lot of PT. Lyle just had a great game against Wake. Pruitt is playing more and more, lofton is getting reps in.

But like would you expect Trader to really be playing over X, George, Brown, and Horton? Lyle isn't playing over Martinez. Which of our Dlineman did you expect to play over our upperclassman starters?

McCord is above average for sure. But he struggles to read defenses. If you'll notice with him he gets the ball out relatively quickly cause he's. A one read QB. He executes on the plays called for him. But when you take him off his cadence he gets rattled easily. Key to this game defensively is definitely getting the pass rush home. Praying guidry actually realized that from snap #1 and not snap #1 in the second half. If we get behind this could be tough

Thank you brother. I appreciate that. But he's entitled to vent. Whether he bought his seats on stub hub or not isn't relevant. We all need to amuse ourselves in some fashion. I just lose my patience with all these people who pretend they know what's going on & are so opinionated but it only reflects one side of the coin.

Honestly our main issue with our dline has been guidry (y'all know I'll defend and ostracize)outsmarting himself. Just let them eat. Stop with the constant stunts and dropping ends into coverage.
