the "stay home, put on for your people and make your home team great again" pitch doesnt work as well when they're not from here... But, he does have the best relationship with Richt out of all the HCs and he has the best opportunity to produce as a freshman here.

We have seen it to many times. If it goes to a rational decision by any of this kids or parents that Miami is the best option then the decision is clear. "any place except Miami".
