Denzel Perryman's stats against FSU

He is a fantastic his only fault to me would be the fact that he does not make enough game altering plays. He doesnt seem to have a knack for generating turnovers.
 
Please stay, ask a bunch of your recent ex teammates from 11-12 if you can make money by staying

I'd like to hear what you think DP is not doing. Why is he a disappointment to you? He has been playing very good IMO. By far the best linebacker we have and better than most in the ACC for sure. So, instead of just saying that tackles don't mean anything and that he is a disappointment to you, say why you think he is. Because right now, this thread is a big disappointment to me.

Think we have people talking past eachother in here. Anyone suggesting DP is BAD would need their head examined. DP is by far our best LB, and a very good LB overall. I WOULD agree that he has not looked "elite" this year. I think he added too much size in the offseason. He seems to be a step slower this year than he used to be. I think "disappointment" is a relative term, and not sure I would agree with it, but I think many of us were hoping he would become another Vilma for us, and he hasnt quite made it. Still a very good LB, but he hasnt dominated like I had hoped he would.

DP is an ALL ACC type player, but I think the hope was he would be an All American, and he hasnt been that level.

People do realize he was rated a 3 star on every site except scout.. No one expected him to be an All american type recruit or player for us but everyone thought he could be all acc lb easily in his career and he is.. Tracy Howard was expected to be an all american here and he is on his way. Perryman if he continues his play will be 1st team ALL ACC as a jr and if he returns will have a great shot at becoming an All american his sr year. Perryman is doing what he's suppose to do and be an ALL ACC LB..
 
all i know is i would love to have denzel back and i think he will play a long time in nfl
