Ryan Walter’s would be an expensive home run. Are we spending enough money? Hired coordinators from Houston and Marshall. We’d be getting a fired hc from a p5 school. And he will have double digit suitors

He wouldn’t be expensive. Have to look at that contract and if his new job is offsets money that Purdue has to pay him. If not, could be had for 1-2 probbaly

Thats another thing. If we are going to hire a developmental type coach, he needs to be young. If we were going to go for a more experienced coach, I would prefer them to have 15+ years of P4 coaching.

he did and they were and even though i dont think you can fully blame chevis for guys he didnt recruit, he should be gone.

No within the defensive staff regarding playcalling. I’m not sure about Mario and to what extent he’s involved there, I was under the assumption he let his DC’s do as they please.

I don't believe Mario's expertise is defense. Mario really never gave us an answer, outside the standard alignment, assignment, and communication, excuses. Seems he was telling us, what Guidry was telling him, because nothing got fixed. First, we were told, halftime adjustment was key, second half shutouts were the keys, then we went to, **** we had two key stops in the 4th quarter.
