Maybe we already lost Thomas, and that's what made Al less forgiving of Denver's bullshyt games of not wanting to tell Barrow he was committed.

Probably not the case, but just an alternative thought.

Or, perhaps, they talked to Thomas and his family and axed them if we give Denver a deadline to commit because we can't get caught holding our dycks would that turn you off to UM and make you go somewhere else, and Thomas and family said, "No. I'm still coming to UM."

I just seriously doubt that Al flew off the handle here and did this without considering all of the possible repercussions. He's been too smart and calculating so far to think he'd just throw everything away because he got antsy with one guy.

THIS. Really think this may all play back to Coley. Golden may have found out these guys were playing us, and so was Harris. They figured these kids were likely going to flake, and maybe even out of respect for Harris they gave them a final chance to sh8t or get off the pot, and Kirkland still wouldnt do it, so they figured they couldnt take the chance of holding both of those spots and end up with our d*cks in our hands on NSD.

I'm starting to think this is indeed the most likely explanation for all this.

Have a hard time believing Al would've f*cked this up so bad without good reasoning. Hope this plays out right though. Doesn't look good at the moment

^^^ Good hypothesis but I'm sick of getting Plan C and D kids, if we are unsure with the studs we should still give them a chance-ESPECIALLY since they are from BTW with Ice Harris! If they don't sign up thats fine we know the 14 class will be loaded and we have Mario and Coley to do well. Also if there are scholly reductions we don't get left with plan C and D kids that are buried in the depth chart.
 
I got a phone call this afternoon saying that my Mom may have had a heart attack and was being taken by helicopter to one of the best heart hospitals in the midwest.

And that was only the second worst bit of info I received today.

Tying to take it all in, I can come to one conclusion. We will all know an abundance more in 24 hours. Let the dust settle here. Way too much wackiness going on here...
