I am not familiar with those two races. I am guessing Illinois is screwed by Chicago just like New York is screwed by nyc. Right now I personally don’t care to look more into those two races. I may learn through chance from it filtering in though things I watch and listen to.

For this election I completely agree with empirical that everyone should just vote r. The Ds have been horrible with power and passing things they know will make peoples lives worse. Both sides needs a lot of primary contenders to keep taking out many of the established candidates.
