Don't know how good he is, but lower rates than Chance Robinson and WRs from that far South have not worked out for awhile now.

Cortez is a stud, no doubt about it. But as with anything in life. What’s the cost to benefit? Can’t get everyone, just gotta get your fair share.

After the last couple of CIS daily podcasts I get the feeling we believe we’re going to be whale hunting come November/ December and coaches are content to let it play out. They’re not pushing for anyone’s commitment right now though they’d take one if a top kid on their board was willing to shut everything down.

Anything can happen if we ball out this year and our WR’s eat. Say what you want about Dawson’s play calling, his track record with WR’s ballin out is about as good as it gets. Combine that with KB being a dog on the trail, we have a shot with all our top targets.
 
I would sign ZERO WRs if it meant we got Jeremiah Smith back in portal.

Honestly after seeing him these other cats seem like jags(I know they are not).

He was the Patrick Peterson the Andre Johnson the Dalvin Cook the Frank Gore of South Florida.

Ive seen what first class looks like, its hard for me to sit in coach.

I don’t know either but same time from what I’ve heard and read Mario has been pretty methodical about not taking commitments until the stars are aligned. Probably part of the reason we seem to have a low flip rate compared to others

Not saying you’re wrong especially since I don’t know, but if we did deny a commitment, could have been for a reason as well

Curious to hear what's going on here. Hopefully things can get resolved down the line because he's a talented kid and we cant just let talented skill players leave the south florida year after year.
 
Mills could have been in the bag already but ofc we choose to go:

Tyler Williams- Been giving us blue balls when the coaching staff has been on their hands and knees begging for him and still not committed or he will choose georgia if given the green light.
Joshua Moore- FSU and UF lean
Vernell Brown- UF legacy & lean
Jaime Ffrench- diving in the UT oil money

LMAO.
