If the SEC wanted us, that would be the best spot.
Setting aside the six flagship/co-flagship schools aside (UNC, NCSU, UVA, VT, Clemson and Tallahassee JC), I think the other three ACC schools on the SEC's list would in order be:
1) Duke
2) GA Tech
3) UM
Duke delivers the nation's No. 1 brand in basketball and elite academic prestige even beyond the additions of UNC and UVA. The latter matters a lot to SEC presidents who ultimately must sign off on their commissioner's expansion maneuvers.
Georgia Tech brings additional academic stature as well as its hub location at Ground Zero for the conference itself. No way the SEC lets the B1G plant its flag in Atlanta
ESPN for sure would have Miami above GT, but the folks in Bristol don't get to make these choices. Sankey is looking down the road and not just at his current media partnership. Apple and Netflix might get the next SEC deal for all we know
