As an aside, Angelos was Director of Compliance for Miami in the mid-90's. He taught an interesting Sports Law class in grad school. He had some really interesting insights into the steps the Canes took after the Pell Grant scandal to tighten up the athletic department. Unfortunately, when he left Nevin Shapiro started making a name for himself as a booster. I always wondered if Angelos had stayed on, would he have kept Shapiro out?
