As someone that deals with on campus recruiting, if you're solid the coaches don't give a **** if you show up for an UOV less than a week before signing day unless you just want to kick it with the official visitors and help recruit.. if that was the case he would have already signed imo. Hard to sell an official visitor on why he should come to Texas when you been committed and were one of the only committed players not to sign (similar to Nesta)

If the coaches are trying to make an impression on him and still giving him attention and begging him to come.. they see something on the horizon

Fat Matt's in ATL is pretty good

Heirlooms is the ish. When I lived on Akers mill, I ate there like every other day. Fat Matt's is okay but I'll take Jim N Nicks and Fox Bros over them...

Miami is more like Houston than Austin is.

just moved back to miami from houston. i'm still amazed at how similar the cities are.

First time I went to Houston, all I could think was that it was a bigger version of Miami. It's not at all country like I thought it would be. It's actually a pretty dope city.

Side note: Best BBQ in south Florida is Blue Willie's on Commercial just east of Dixie. Tom Jenkins is close second.

Do explain. I've never seriously considered moving to Texas, but if Houston is like a big Miami I might have to take a closer look. I told my wife I'm done living in blue states. The cure for liberalism is trying to make a living in Hawaii for a few years, you'll get tired of the answer to every problem created by the fiscal irresponsibility of the 100% democrat government (Hawaii is the bluest state in the union) being more taxes.

Unfortunately you’ll find the red states are just as poorly managed.

Coburn sounds like a 35% chance based on twitter, recruiting sites, and boards IMO. It's not out of the question nor should it be a complete shock if he puts on a cuban link. He is genuine in his UM interest. Let's put it this way. If you were upgraded to a temp coach to recruit and met Coburn, would you push Richt to visit him in person if you didn't think he was serious? Yeah no.

Yeah Fox Bros was on DDD. Heirlooms is on Akers Mill off 285 like 5 mins from Cumberland. Look like a little hole in the wall next to a gas station but the food is great.
