Banda got shirted on because Mike Rumph was so lousy that Rumph supporters needed someone to push the blame on cause he couldnt have been that bad in their minds.

Seen it first hand he was a really good recruiter as far as hustle and seemed to be likeable.

It's good he went out there and even took some analyst types that are doing well out there with him that maybe some day down there road comes back this way.

Was usually the least of our concerns on field and recruited well. The bartender jokes were made by a bunch of lames and always reminded me of the Will Ferrell "I drive a DODGE STRATUS...RESPECT ME" bit.

Good guy. He was probably my favorite coach as a person. He always tried, but he had a hard time getting south Florida right. He was a little too nice sometimes fwiw

No issue with Banda. Wouldn't have hated retaining him but I understand the situation we were in.

He fell into a really high profile job for him at the time and imo he was a good coach and recruiter here.

Banda had an eye for talent and his safeties played very well. I'm not quite sure he's a true Xs and Os guy. May be a better HC than position coach or DB coach?

In terms of DB coaches, I was happier with TRob and am even happier with Addae.... I'm also both happy and relieved to see the Rumph has found a role and is helping not hurting with recruitment.
