4.76 is a solid time for a 250 pound LB. This dude has o-linemen speed at 220.
Arguably the best coverage LB in NFL. Those are all numbers Flagg can eclipse in 4-5 years.

Well defensive tackle speed. Is that better?Very few offensive linemen are running under a 5.0
Stop being slow, Joe Schobert is a whole grown man that has gone through a college S&C program. Flagg runs a 4.9 and Schobert basically runs a 4.8, do u really not think Flagg can get better straight line speed between now and the time he enters college, as well as his time in a college S&C program. You keep bringins up weight like an idiot, one dude is 5'10 the other is 6'1, ofc the taller guy can hold more weight naturally. Considering Flagg is already 225lbs he will probably only add an extra 10lbs, making him 235lbs which would be perfect for a MLB his height. Do u even watch film, because if you did you wouldn't be crying about his coverage ability.4.76 is a solid time for a 250 pound LB. This dude has o-linemen speed at 220.
No you stop being dumb. Every slow player wont get faster. The dude will get exposed vs these spread offenses.Stop being slow, Joe Schobert is a whole grown man that has gone through a college S&C program. ok, how bout you learn how to use logic, he is a high school Junior that has never ran track, has great lateral movement, and has not been through a college S&C program, but he is not gonna get faster. I mean it not like he is coming in and planning to put on 25+lbs. Its kind of ridiculous that you can't see a high school junior getting any faster. No you stop being dumb. That shît doesn't matter. Some dudes are just not fast. It isn't his fault. I'm not gone keep talking about it. We will find out if he can play here or if he ends up being another cis special that flames out.ok, how bout you learn how to use logic, he is a high school Junior that has never ran track, has great lateral movement, and has not been through a college S&C program, but he is not gonna get faster. it does matter because we are talking about an athlete who is above average in every other combine measurement for his position besides the 40, not only that he is ******* 17 years old, but he can't even knock down his forty time by .2 seconds according to you. That shît doesn't matter. At 4.92 forty time hopefully he doesn’t have to chase down someone beyond 15 yds. Has Texas and Texas A&M offered?

Straight line speed for a linebacker in COLLEGE is not that big of a deal...but he looks a bit slow.
I can see why we like him a lot. His best film, to me, is doing a lot of what Shaq Quarterman does. Traditional linebacker alignment, playing between the tackles, and coming down hill. Sure tackler. Can he cover?...from his film, its not a negative and thats a good start. Maybe its just my preconceived notion seeing that 40 before watching his film, but I wasn't as impressed with his cover tape as you all are...it was good, it just looked like it was just rudimentary ****.
But...just be mindful...you can be a great linebacker...but if you're a little slow footed, no matter how good you are, this is always a possibility.
Thats Saquon Barkley. The chances of this kid ever seeing a back that good are slim to none.Straight line speed for a linebacker in COLLEGE is not that big of a deal...but he looks a bit slow.
