How many guys that acquired top 10 classes sequentially for a few years failed? Jimbo at TAMU, Zook, a couple ND guys pre-Holtz... not too many others. It's more about the Jimmys and Joes than the Xs and Os, and he can hire and fire coordinators anyway like Saban did.

Why would you want to process Merritt? Kid has great skills and fundamentals. How about we don't process any CBs? It's a position of need and we need as many as we can get.
