It'll stay that way until we get a decent AD and an administration that cares anything about athletics. I don't see that happening with Blake and some Mexican doctor (Surprise me, Dr Frenk.) running the show.

See the recent contract extensions plus Blake's email about how our student-athletes don't have to win to be champions. I fought off the urge to believe it when people claimed it a few years ago, but they really don't care inside Hecht. We need a bulldog like Foley or Jurich.

LMAO. Not only did heads not roll after we couldn't win home regionals, we EXTENDED the guy. At the new UM they might hand out rings for the accomplishments of this season.

Just a pitiful display of ineptitude all the way around by this athletic department. People sit and get madder and madder watching this school and its bungling, atrocious mess and nothing happens. I wonder if they will wake up when the ACC decides to kick them to the curb....or will they just drop sports altogether. Coach L is the only person in that department with a pulse and he will struggle to win anything competing against Duke, UNC, and others. His only hope is to find players overseas that won't transfer after one season.

Everyone says Queen is a hater until everything he says comes into fruition. He's a realist and not a hopeful optimist. This is what our athletic program is now! We had a cakewalk to Omaha and the easiest path to get here than anyone in the field. I'm sick and tired of not being able to win anything meaningful anymore, whether it's nationally televised football games or an important weekend baseball series. How long would Jeremy Foley put up with anything close to what we have in the last decade? It seems we're just happy to be relevant and most everyone is okay with that. Something has to change and sadly it won't! People say we have the worst fans in college athletics, but being a Canes fan the last decade has caused nothing but heartburn, elevated stress levels, baldness, depression, etc... Obviously joking, but it's getting tough to put on Canes gear as each year passes.
